About us

Inspire Enrichment aims to provide a wide range of participation and enrichment opportunities for young people up to the age of 25. Our goal is to create accessible pathways for personal growth, skill development, social connection, and wellbeing.

We plan to offer opportunities including, but not limited to, Arts Award programmes (from Discover to Gold level) and the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award. These programmes help young people develop valuable skills, confidence, and experiences that can support future education and employment. Alongside structured awards, we also aim to provide activities, groups, and classes that allow young people to build friendships, explore interests, develop new skills, and improve their wellbeing without the need to work towards a formal qualification.

The Inspire Enrichment team has extensive experience supporting young people with a wide range of strengths, needs, and abilities. This includes specialist knowledge in supporting young people with neurodivergence and other disabilities. We are open to the whole community and are committed to providing equitable access, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to participate, thrive, and be inspired in ways that are meaningful to them.

Our aim is to make qualifications, activities, and enrichment opportunities both available and accessible by:

1. Reinvesting in opportunities
   Using any profits generated to expand the range of activities we offer and to increase accessibility. This may include providing smaller group sizes, higher staff-to-participant ratios, and additional support that is often unavailable through commercially delivered provision.

2. Increasing access to recognised awards
   Providing opportunities to complete qualifications and award schemes, such as Arts Award and the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, for young people in elective home education and those educated outside of mainstream school settings.

3. Promoting inclusion and understanding
   Creating opportunities for young people with and without disabilities, or other barriers to participation, to learn and engage together. We aim to foster understanding, respect, and appreciation of different experiences and aspirations, recognising that equitable support enables everyone to achieve their own goals.
